Necessary material

  • 5 cups (560 g) watermelon
  • 2 cups (240 g) strawberry ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (30 g)
  • Pinch of salt (5 g)
  • 7 mint leaves (for decoration) (20 g)
  • 1 cup of ice (120 g)

how to make

  1. First, wash the watermelon and drain it. 
  2. Peel, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Use a blender to go well. 
  3. After grinding the watermelon, pour it into a large bottle and set aside.
  4. Add ice to the blender.
  5. Add olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar to ice.
  6. Add strawberry ice cream and go well. This will create a textured slush.
  7. Put the ground watermelon in another glass, put ice on it, and pour the strawberry slush.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves on top.
