As with any food, it's important to eat moderate amounts of pasta as part of a balanced diet. Also, it's a good idea to choose a type that has high nutritional value and low calories. If so, let's take a look at the pasta recipe.

1. Spaghetti Carbonara 


There are many different types of Italian pasta. And one of the most popular is spaghetti with long, thin, cylindrical pasta.

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) salt
  • 1 cup (100 g) pecorino cheese powder
  • 2 ½ cups spaghetti pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon (8g) pepper powder

Preparation method

  • Put the egg in the bowl with cheese and salt and beat the egg.
  • Then carefully cut the bacon into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients in a frying pan with a little water and melt it over high heat.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water with salt in advance. When the pasta is properly cooked, drain it and place it in a frying pan with bacon.
  • Turn off the heat and add beaten eggs and 1 tablespoon of drinking water to a frying pan.
  • Mix for about 30 seconds while continuing to stir.
  • When ready, turn off the heat and serve. At this time, sprinkle the cheese.

2. Putanesca


This Italian pasta recipe originated in Naples . The main ingredients of tomato, parsley and anchovies, as well as their bright color, make this pasta easy to distinguish.

  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) salt
  • 1/2 (25 g) can of anchovies
  • Spaghetti Pasta (350g)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) capers
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves (10 g), minced
  • 5 cups (500 g) tomato pulp
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) chopped parsley
  • 1 ½ tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • For more color, you can add 4 tablespoons (50 g) black olives

Preparation method

  • Peel and crush the garlic.
  • Then place the garlic in a frying pan sprinkled with some extra virgin olive oil and fry over medium heat.
  • When the garlic turns golden, add anchovies and capers.
  • Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato pulp and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of salt and black olives.
  • Cook pasta in 1 liter of boiling water. When the pasta becomes chewy, drain the water and add the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

3. Amatriziana Spaghetti


The name of this delicious recipe comes from its hometown, Amatice. This easy-to-make recipe is really easy to follow and is one of the most consumed foods.

  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (15 g) sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon (15 g) butter
  • 5 cups (500 g) ripe tomatoes
  • 3 cups (350 g) spaghetti pasta
  • 2 cups (150 g) bacon strips
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) pepper powder

Preparation method

  • Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and peel them.
  • After cutting the tomatoes and removing the skin, beat them and mash them.
  • Cut the bacon into long strips.
  • Fry the peppers and bacon in a frying pan over medium heat using butter and until golden brown.
  • Then add salt, tomatoes and black pepper .
  • Stir the mixture and add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar so that the sauce doesn't taste too sour.
  • Cook the pasta in a separate pan for 5 minutes. When ready, let it sit in water for about 2 minutes.
  • Drain and serve on a plate with tomato sauce .
