  • ½ basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons butter (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper (45 g)
  • 1 cup of vegetable stock (120 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese powder (190 g)

  • Place the tomatoes on the cutting board and remove the seeds. Peel and cut into dice-sized pieces.
